Vintage Sutco 21A UHF Converter
I thought this looked really nice until I saw it in my photos and see the flaws in the paint highlighted.  In person it looks great!  The front certainly looks great and the lettering is bright and clear.  The knobs seem to move as they should and it appears to have tubes in it.  I suspect a bit of polish would make it sparkle.  I have no way to test it so am selling it as is.
Please look carefully at the shipping options as I can't tell which will be the best for you.  I've given you several to choose from.
Shipping:
Domestic:  I charge a small handling fee to cover shipping costs and have been shipping items for decades with excellent success.  I am confident I can get this to you in good condition.
International:  I have had no complaints and no lost packages. However, not all shipping options allow tracking or insurance. It seems to depend on the destination country.
I will use the method of your choice on inexpensive items, but will assume no responsibility for services not available by your chosen method.
I often do not list 1st Class International shipping as an option, but will use it by special request.
I expect my buyers to understand the services available in their country better than I do.
Communication:
I'll answer questions quickly in most cases. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info and a short message from me. I will not otherwise communicate with you unless you have a request. I will give feedback on all transactions.
