Working Vintage Sharp Space Age TV Model 3S-111R with stand
TV is functional as far as I can tell as I don't have any kind of digital adapter... It powers on and shows snow on the screen. All the controls appear to function as intended.  The V-size and V-hold knobs on the back seem to work - though it's hard to tell if the V-lin and H-hold knobs are doing anything with no picture.
The TV comes off of the base and has a retractable handle, but I wasn't able to open the battery compartment on the bottom (the screw loosens but the door didn't seem like it wanted to come off and I didn't want to force it) so I'm not sure if the battery functionality works. The TV does power on as previously described, though, when attached to the corded base.
The retractable handle is VERY finicnky and though it opens fine, I've found it really tricky to get it to go back in and lock in place correctly.
The antenna is present and straight.
Cosmetically, it's in good shape, in my opinion - but has a fair amount of scratches, scuffs, dings, areas of discoloration, etc, etc...  It also has some dirt and dust in the hard to reach places.
The antenna and the silver finish on the handle show some oxidation/pitting? as seen in the pics.
The cord on the base is functional, but the rubber had begun to break down and thus the cord is tacky... Still perfectly usable, in my opinion, but isn't going to get any better.  I'd imagine it could be replaced by a repair person if this bothers you.
I think many of the noticeable cosmetic flaws should be visible in the pics, but I'm sure there are things that don't show up that well or that I may have missed in the description - so please ask any questions you may have before bidding.  I'm happy to post more/specific pics as well if desired.
