FD-500 In Box --works, the TV is for analog signal which is now obsolete- there may not be over the air channels in your area.
The radio works well (check out the video).
The unit is about 10" tall and about 6" across by 6" wide, and comes with a power cord as well as a car charger cord (using the cigarette lighter).
The physical condition is very good, only slight wear noted.
