Vintage Sony 5-303W Micro TV - As Is

I plugged it in and it lit up and produced staticky sound. Only testing done. Sold "as is" with no returns. The tv could be cleaned up and would make a nice display piece. The fabric covering on the carry case is split & cracked in several places. The case also has a faint "basement" smell. Its not real strong but needs mentioning. One of the owners manuals has been wet and all the pages are stuck together. The other one is wavy from moisture damage, but not stuck. There are some rust spots from the staples (see pic).
