Vintage Magnavox 8.5” Television TV Portable Rare 1970s

Vintage Magnavox 8.5” B&W Television TV Portable Rare.
Tested and working (see pics) didn't try hooking anything up to it, I don't know if it needs a repair or if there's an adjustment because the bottom of screen is cut off (see pics) but when you turn the knobs on the side the picture jumps some times and fills up the whole screen but I couldn't get it to stay like that for a picture.  I'm selling as is / as found, for parts or repair.
