Includes what you see in the photos. Tested with DVD player using an external RF Modulator adapter. You will need a USB power source to power up the included RF Modulator. Comes with the TV, RF adapter, coax cable, power cord, aux-to-rf adapter/ AV cord.
Visible light scratches and scuffs across the whole unit.  Use  the adjusting knobs on the back for adjusting UHF/VHF input as well as other features. AM and FM Radio works well too.
