1958 PHILCO SEVENTEENER II TV
Original 1958 Philco Seventeener television set. This television is considered one of the first portable TVs. The antenna at the top of the TV also serves as a carrying handle for easy transport. This Philco TV of the 1950s is in great condition and is in the classic 1950s Salmon color. The actual screen size measures 12H x 15.25H, while the overall case measures 16W x 14H x 13L. All the originial knobs and parts are intact and it has the original power cord. TV has power, all tubes light up. No picture is seen, we do not have an analog coverter box to test reception. All originial knobs are intact and turn easily. The Seventeener II, 1958 F line, was the "Box Style" portable with the first 110 degree tube and antenna in the handle.
