Vintage TV Yoke
When I find used parts I assume the technician thought they were usable and worth saving.  This looks like the 1960's to me.
The rear plastic cover is missing and it seems like there should be something else in the front, too. The hole through the windings is about 1-1/2".

Domestic:  Free!
International:  I have had no complaints and no lost packages. However, not all shipping options allow tracking or insurance. It seems to depend on the destination country.
I will use the method of your choice on inexpensive items, but will assume no responsibility for services not available by your chosen method.
