Scan the QR code on manual or the back of the scale to download the app,
Insert 4 AAA batteries at the back of your TrackFit scale.
Turn on your TrackFit scale.
Turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphone
Select "My Device"on "Me"page and then the "+" sign at the top left
Select your TrackFit. It will be connected to your smartphone
Now, do your first weighing, barefoot (Please place the scale on a hard surface
All info. is displayed on your smartphone. You can navigate in each of the indicators
