TV turns on, shows static, radio tunes. Volume doesn't work consistently.  I had to insert a flat metal knife to get volume to work.  It looks like volume slider isn't making contact anymore.  Other than that, it appears to work properly.

Exterior dirty, but in relatively good condition for age.

Damaged Item Procedure
