All bands of the radio have been tested they all work no issues .   the TV on it has sound and you see the picture I'm getting but I don't have any way to connect a signal source to it so I can't really vouch on the television itself.  So because of not being able to test the television I have to sell it as is the radio certainly works.  Shipping rate is for lower 48 states.
