Description
International Bidders are welcome to participate, I am offering eBay’s Global shipping on this listing.Rounded corners shaped aluminum high voltage cover for 1948, 1949 Motorola 7" & 8" TV's with
late
TS-4F, all TS-4G, H, J and apparently
some
TS-18 Chassis'
Most all the TS-18 chassis I have had and seen use an almost identical cover except it is formed/pushed in at the right side rear for more room for the CRT plug to allow the CRT to align better.
The 1947 - 1948 original TS-4 to the early production TS-4F chassis' used a rectangular cover.
The
rectangular
cover will fit and work on all the TS-4 chassis and the TS-18 chassis
but
the
rounded
covers ones will only fit the later chassis as stated in bold lettering above
.
The rounded cover will not fit the 1947 - 1948 original TS-4 to the early production TS-4F chassis
'.
Cosmetics are good overall with some dings and scratches as shown in photos below. The warning sticker is a color copy of an original.
Cover measures 2 1/2" wide x 4 3/4" deep x 4 1/2" tall and weighs 4 oz.
USPS First Class shipping with insurance will cost .50.
The pictures below are of the actual vintage television part I am selling.
Please e-mail any questions you might have before bidding.
International Bidders
are welcome to participate. The
Global Shipping
quote includes the .50 shipping cost for me to send the package to the Global Shipping Center in Kentucky, this is the same cost to ship it to any buyer in the lower 48 US States.
This part fits this TS-4J chassis
This part was also used on some TS-18 chassis.
Notice the difference in the mount for the rounded cover and the rectangular cover.
The rounded corners of the rounded cover
will not go over the squared off corners
used to mount the rectangular cover shown below.
Notice the typical TS-18 chassis high voltage cover
is formed/pushed in at the right side rear for more room for the CRT plug to allow the CRT to align better
.
