Cool to see the Cohu name again after so many decades!  These may not be studio camera controls but rather telecine (film) camera panels.  The labels for Target and Sensitivity suggest vidicon pickup tubes, which are quite good for film (movie and slides),but barely sensitive enough for color studio work.  Cohu was a decent small manufacturer of cameras mostly for closed circuit, educational and cable TV, but never a major player in the broadcast business (dominated then by RCA, GE, Philips, Marconi, etc).
